About the Founders
For our final week of Arts & Culture month we want to introduce you to three founders from the InvestHer Directory whom all place originality at the heart of their ventures. Karina Iskin, Co-Founder & CEO at Iskin Sisters is creating wearable art in the shape of customised jewellery, allowing for individuality in expression. Elizabeth Vargas, Founder & CEO at Edge Music Network, inspires originality via her interactive digital music network, providing live and on-demand content through her powerful video syndication platform. Finally, we have Morgan DeBaun, Founder & CEO at Blavity, the leading news company and media brand for Black millennials + Gen Z in the U.S.

About the Founders
This week our three featured founders are all tapping into their imaginations when it comes to promoting art! Angie Madara, Founder & CEO at Growd Global, is working with parents and children to find, design and match them to co-curricular activities such as music, sports and arts. Rebecca Hui, Founder & CEO at Roots Studio, is leading a collective of future-forward creatives, grassroots community organisers, and technologists reimagining cultural preservation. Julie Bonnecarrere, Founder & CCO at Northern Lights Entertainment, is currently developing Nebulae: a sci-fiMMO strategy game encompassing an integrated political simulator and 3D combat in space.
They are all pushing boundaries and using their imagination to find new creative ways to place art at the forefront in public debate.

For our second week of Arts/Culture/Entertainment month, our three featured founders are all focused on empowering artists.
