About Pamela Valdes Esteva
Pamela Valdes Esteva is passionate about 5 things, audio, product, distribution, growth... and surfing! This she combines with the belief that the most generous thing you can do for the world is to become the best version of yourself. Recognising a need within the Spanish speaking community for access to quality audio content, she made it her mission to combine her passion with her knowledge to provide just that, a Netflix for spoken word audio.

What They Do
It is estimated that there are 1.5X more native Spanish speakers than English speakers, but the amount of audio content available in Spanish is 10X less. It doesn’t add up, and this is what the team at Beek.io are determined to change. This online art gallery platform is designed for art lovers to discover and buy works of art from invited artists around the world. By functioning as a tool for people to independently manage the sale of their works, the team at Singulart is changing the game when it comes to art curation and sale. Every day, the team works hand in hand with artists to challenge the status quo and propose a 4.0 version of the art world. This becomes even more important, as data shows only 11% of museum collections in the United States, for instance, contain works created by women. At Singulart, 49% of the artists and designers we represented are women.

3) Kuaikan Comics
About Anni Chen
By depicting the aspirations and struggles of young urban Chinese, in her anime series "The 1% Life” Anni Chen became the name on everyone’s lips in 2014. She decided not to stop there. The same year Kuaikan Manhua was found, an online curation of China's original anime and cartoon works. The rest is Herstory, as they say, and now the site has attracted almost 100 million daily active users! and 1000 anime artists as well, who routinely publish their works on the platform.

Targeting young readers by offering a platform for original online comic artwork, Kuaikan Manhua is the number one community for comic creators in Asia. The team at Kuaikan Manhua is working with a vision to build an ideal ecosystem of cultural-entertainment while helping comic creators to create more widely-popular comics with positive, energetic and warm contents to millions of people. Based on the fact that they currently have over 170 million users, were over 40 million of them are monthly subscribers, we’d say they are succeeding.
